Please note that we can accommodate most every budget and have many affordable plans. We are
here to help you.
In general: the initial exam is $150. X-rays, if needed are done off -site. We package the visits in
packages to make them affordable and offer a pre-payment discount.
We don't offer single, one visit, treatment options.
3 packages:
Performance pack: For athletes and those who are looking to step up their game. Adjusting, soft-tissue
mobilization, extremity work, physical rehabilitation and neurological retraining.
Health and Wellness: Regular check ups involving adjusting and lifestyle advice.
Pain relief pack: Adjusting, extremities if needed, gentle rehab.
Do you take my insurance?
The benefits for chiropractic care will depend on your contract with your insurance company and varies plan-to-plan. We are considered an out-
of-network provider, which is covered 65%-80% by most insurers. Please contact our office to schedule an appointment and we will be glad to
answer any insurance questions you might have. Please note that the insurance companies priorities (sadly) are not to keep you healthy, and
thus they may put limits on visits or other restrictions that do not best support you getting well.
• Does my insurance cover chiropractic care?
As a service to you, we can call the customer services department of your insurance company to check the extent of your benefits. Sometimes
the jargon is confusing to patients, if so, we are happy to explain. On your first visit, or before, you can call and give us the information and we will
be happy to check your coverage. Please note that in order to check benefits, the insurance companies generally require: full name, date of birth,
address, insurance ID number and social security number.
• Will you bill my insurance company?
Yes, we would normally bill your insurance company on your behalf. If you'd like to bill the insurance company yourself, just let us know at your
first visit and that can be arranged.
The insurance company will send you information about what was paid and what was not.
Depending on the policy, the remainder is the patient's responsibility.
• I do not have insurance, how will you bill me?
If you do not have insurance, or if you have a deductible or co-pay to meet, we expect payment on the day of service. Please make sure you bring
some form of payment with you on your visit to our office. If you have no insurance, that is no problem. We have affordable plans with a time-of-
service discount that meet nearly every budget.
• How much do you charge per visit?
We do not offer services on a per visit schedule. The care plan will discussed and agreed upon prior to starting care. While there is a set fee, it
will depend on the care you receive and will range from $65-$100 per visit. We have prepayment plans that reduce the fee and make care
affordable.
Do you accept credit card payments?
No, at this time we accept only cash and check.
