At your location: $120/hr (local) to $150 (farther away)
Event massage: $120/hr, minimum 3 hours. 5+ hours, $100/hr.
Sports-massage, (very) deep tissue, myofascial release, de-stress
and maximal relaxation and pregnancy massage. It's awesome and
your body will love you for it!

Need motivation? A plan? Someone to guide you?
I will customize the perfect plan for you to assist you in best achieving
your health and fitness goals. The plan consists of varied exercises in:
cardio, strength training, stretching and nutritional recommendations.
This can all be done in my office, so no need for expensive gym
memberships!
Sessions are 40 minutes, one-on-one, $60. Set of 10, $550.
